I loved the Yin class I took at Lululemon this past Sunday. Jamie is a fantastic instructor. Her words really resonated with me & the practice was relaxing and beautiful. Great yoga instruction! Jamie is really great with kids & knowledgeable with yoga poses. She makes the experience fun & enjoyable. She is a great instructor. My son and I loved our practice. She's great at keeping kids engaged in the practice while still keeping focus on her yoga students:) Great over all experience. I felt really good after all of our classes.
